Hungary For More?

Despite being down to ten men for most of the game after Honduran midfielder Luis Arcangel Colon Ramos was sent off, Debrecen beat Vasas 3-0...the third goal came right at the end of the second half.

I am staying with Hungarian football on Friday - Debrecen play leaders Fehervar at 6.00pm GMT in what looks like a 'winner takes all' game. Fehervar lost at home to MTK on Tuesday which gave Debrecen a one point lead with four games left to play. The numbers strongly suggest a Debrecen win - six of the last seven games between these two in Eastern Hungary have been wins for the hosts.

Stamford Blue did the honours, coming in fifth albeit it at a much higher price than I thought (33/1). Tomorrow I'll be looking at Viva Ronaldo at the 4.30 in Chester - he's done well in his previous runs at the course, but the going looks to be against him.
